On April 9, 10, and 11, the first IA & Hospitality congress will be held in A Coruña, a space where the present and future relationship between AI and tourism, one of the main economic drivers of our country, will be analyzed.

The congress will feature the participation of CITIC through its researcher Alejandro Pazos, who will be the main speaker of the event with the talk “Just two words: Artificial Intelligence.” Pazos will address how AI is revolutionizing the way we interact with technology, from virtual assistants to recommendation systems and process automation. AI transforms industries such as medicine, education, e-commerce, or customer service, so the CITIC researcher will explain the positive impact this technology has on efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.

The congress program, which will take place at the Paraninfo of the Universidade da Coruña, includes eight discussion panels covering topics from customer experience to cybersecurity and destinations and AI. A total of 40 speakers will participate in this event, which will also feature seven keynote speeches. The event is organized by Class One.
