MSCA - Postdoctoral fellowships

CITIC, the Centre for Information and Communications Technology Research of the University of A Coruña (UDC), is looking for outstanding postdoctoral researchers who would like to boost their careers applying for Marie Skłodowska Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships with CITIC as the hosting institution. 

CITIC is a research centre which promotes the advancement and excellence in R&D in the use of ICTs. It is the only ICT centre awarded the distinction of Research Centre of Galicia 2019-2022 by the Regional Government of Galicia (North-West of Spain). CITIC was created in 2008 as a bridge between the university and private companies in the ICT sector. The UDC is a young public university, with an extensive catalogue of courses, including 39 undergraduate, 57 Master’s and 36 PhD degree programmes. UDC’s activity is coordinated around its three specialised campuses – Industry, Sustainable Development and Innovation. 

CITIC’s research is divided into four research areas: Artificial IntelligenceData Science and EngineeringHigh Performance Computing, and Intelligent Networks and Services; and one cross-disciplinary stream which draws on all four, Cybersecurity 

CITIC therefore invites Expression of Interest (EoIfrom excellent researchers who would like to apply for MSCA-Postdoctoral Fellowships in 2022. EoIs are open to all CITIC’s research areas. Employment conditions 

CITIC provides researchers optimal working conditions to carry out their projects and develop their careers. Eligibility criteria 

Applicants can be of any nationality but they must ensure the compliance with the MSCA eligibility and mobility criteria: 

  • Not have resided in Spain for more than 12 months in the last 36 months immediately prior to the closing date of the call for applications. 
  • Have been awarded a PhD (or defended your PhD thesis) before the deadline (11th September 2024). 
  • Have a maximum of 8 years full-time equivalent experience in research, from the date of your PhD.
