COMMITTEES
With the aim of strengthening the functioning of CITIC, three commissions have been created to address areas of special relevance for the proper functioning of the center. These are made up of team leader researchers and professional profiles with exceptional projection.
The CITIC Training Committee was established to follow up, review and evaluate the implementation of the current Training Plan of the center, as well as to elaborate future plans in this area. Its main purpose is to promote progress and excellence in research, development and innovation in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), as well as to consolidate advanced and high quality scientific knowledge in the center’s scientific disciplines. The committee meets quarterly to evaluate ongoing activities, analyze new proposals for action and make the necessary updates to the Training Plan. It is made up of:

The creation of the Permanent Group of Equality responds to the commitment of the CITIC management team to promote the integration of the gender perspective in all the Center’s policies in a transversal manner. The main objective is to ensure that there are equal opportunities for all members of our community, thus reducing the gender gap in the field of scientific research and, therefore, in society in general.
