In order to attract the best research talent, CITIC aligns its human resources policies with the HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers), recognition obtained by the UDC in June 2017.

Through this recognition and its adherence to the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, the commitment to implement transparent procedures for the recruitment and evaluation of its researchers, to take responsibility in ethical and professional aspects in working conditions and finally, in training and career development, all in order to make your research career more attractive.

As a sign of CITIC’s contribution to the HRS4R action plan, our Director is one of the delegates for HRS4R.
