Under the title “Research ethics- introduction”, CITIC of the UDC offers an informative session aimed at the center’s research staff on the importance and scope of the deontological, methodological, and legal aspects of research ethics. The lecture will be given by José Antonio Seoane, Professor of Philosophy of Law at the UDC and member of the Spanish Bioethics Committee. It will take place in the Cloud Room of CITIC on Thursday 22nd from 16:00 to 18:30.

During this session, participants will be provided with an overview of the significance of ethical issues in the scientific field, which will be detailed in upcoming sessions. Practical examples will also be presented to explain the relevance and how to apply these concepts in research practice.

In the coming months, the following sessions will also be held, led by José Antonio Seoane and other experts in the field.
