The Centre for Research in Information and Communication Technologies (CITIC) of the University of A Coruña received two visits this week that further strengthen its national and international standing.

The first took place on Wednesday, July 16th, when two representatives from the University of Pilsen (Czech Republic) visited the centre at the Elviña campus to gain first-hand insight into its infrastructure and research lines. This visit forms part of the international cooperation efforts promoted by UDC in the field of digital technologies.

The second visit occurred on Friday, July 18th, when a group of professors from the Spanish Navy’s “Antonio de Escaño” School of Specialties in Ferrol toured the CITIC facilities.

On both occasions, attendees were guided through the centre’s various work areas and witnessed demonstrations of ongoing projects.

These initiatives further consolidate CITIC’s position as a leading hub for technological innovation, promoting knowledge transfer and collaboration with both national and international institutions.
