On November 19, the Center for Research in Information and Communication Technologies of the University of A Coruña received a visit from a group of 15 Italian students from the European Training Institute María Pita – CREJOB. This company, specialized in managing European projects, facilitates training stays, exchanges, and internships for students from other countries in A Coruña. On this occasion, the students came from the Luigi di Savoia institute in the city of Chieti, where they study Computer Science.

The students, focused on the area of computer science and technology, had the opportunity to learn about the center’s capabilities during a tour that highlighted its advanced facilities and projects. During the visit, they explored the Technology Demonstrator, where they interacted with innovative solutions such as virtual and augmented reality simulators, as well as robotics demonstrations. They also had access to the Data Processing Center (CPD) and the laboratories, where processes such as 3D printing were explained.

This training experience is aimed at improving employability and promoting entrepreneurship, strengthening the connection between technological research and the professional development of future technology specialists.
