The training, delivered by Marcos Rebollar Buján from Areté Gestión de Personas and Andreína Aular Villavicencio, focused on developing competencies in the field of human resources and interpersonal skills—essential for the professional trajectory of researchers. The sessions covered topics such as how to draft a curriculum vitae (CV); job interview skills; networking strategies; leadership; effective time management; and creative thinking.

Currently, CITIC hosts seven researchers hired under the MSCA Cofund program: Radhwan Ali Abdulgha Saleh, Muhammad Imran, Blanca Estela Monroy Castillo, Falak Naz, Ehsan Noshahri, Dariel Pereira Ruisánchez, and Ayesha Wasim.

Through this training, CITIC reinforces its commitment to research excellence, internationalization, and the professional development of its team, in line with the objectives of the 3i-ICT program.
