  • Date: January 25, 2022, 11:00 a.m.
  • Speaker: Sonia Carné, OTRI technician at UDC.
  • Summary: The training has addressed what the HRS4R seal (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) is, how it is being implemented at UDC, and how it affects the professional work of the staff at UDC.
  • The HRS4R accreditation was granted to UDC in 2017, reflecting its commitment to implementing transparent hiring and evaluation procedures for its research staff.

  • Thus, the “HR Excellence in Research” logo publicly recognizes research institutions that have made progress in aligning their human resources policies with the principles defined in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers
