Today’s session focused on the economy and the importance of seasonal data adjustment for more accurate interpretation and more efficient decision-making.The presentation, titled “Time Series Through Change: Patterns, Trends, and Adaptations,” addressed the challenges of working with long data series over extended periods, which have been affected by specific circumstances and economic conditions. The CITIC researcher placed special emphasis on macroeconomic series impacted by the 2008 financial crisis.
