The Royal Galician Academy of Sciences awards the Enrique Vidal Abascal medal to CITIC researcher Ricardo Cao, in recognition of his work in the Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science section. The medal ceremony will take place on Wednesday October at the Pazo de Fonseca, in Santiago.
The conference will be held on October 10 at CITIC and will feature guest lectures by Fabio Manca, Big Data Coordinator, Directorate for Employment and Social Affairs of the OECD and Zeltia Lado Lago, Director General of Employment Training and Guidance of the Xunta de Galicia.
On October 4 and 5, the Faculty of Law will host the II Conference “Artificial Intelligence. Gender Biases and Opportunities for Equality”, co-financed by Concello de A Coruña, CITIC, the NTTData Chair and Campus Innova.
