This Formlabs 3D printer is SLS type, that is, selective laser sintering. It allows a higher definition and durability than the classic filament ones.
It uses nylon as a material, a more expensive material that requires a cleaning post-processing, although it allows obtaining higher quality parts.
It is available to researchers upon reservation.
