On Friday, October 20 took place the inauguration of the ICT City with the opening of the building of the Advanced Services Center (CSA). This project, together with the election of Coruña as the headquarters of the State Agency for the Supervision of Artificial Intelligence (AESIA) will make the city a reference in the technological field, serving as a meeting point between companies and the University of A Coruña (UDC).
In this edition, the festival will feature an opening ceremony that will take place on the evening of Friday, November 3 at the CSA of the ICT City. On the morning of Saturday 4, at the same venue, the “AI & Creation Day” congress will be held with a program of talks and academic round tables on music generated with artificial intelligence and intellectual property rights. Finally, at night the main gala will take place at Studio Follow (Polígono de A Grela).
Last Friday September 29th took place the G-NIGHT, the Galician Night of Researchers, a scientific dissemination event that is held simultaneously throughout Europe.
The Marine Research Center of the University of Vigo (CIM) and the Research Center for Information and Communication Technologies of the University of A Coruña (CITIC at UDC) have established a strategic collaboration to conduct a study on light pollution in the Vigo and Pontevedra estuaries.
