CITIC will hold an information and working session on 27 November 2025 focused on participation opportunities in the 2026 Horizon Europe calls and in synergistic programmes.
The CITIC project of the University of A Coruña received the award yesterday in Vigo in recognition of its significant contribution to social progress through innovation. PhotoILike, a UDC spin-off, received the ScaleUp Transfer Award.
An assistant for administrative tasks in the university environment, proposed by CITIC researchers Adriana Dapena and Carlos Escudero, was selected to represent the UDC in this international initiative.

The Inditex–UDC Chair in Artificial Intelligence in Green Algorithms and CITIC hosted on 14 November a lecture delivered by Concepción A. Monje Micharet, Professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and one of Europe’s most renowned researchers in soft robotics.
On 13 and 14 November, Madrid hosted the third Translational Meeting of the Erasmus+ Design2Freedom project, held at the facilities of the Spanish Confederation of People with Physical and Organic Disabilities (COCEMFE).
CITIC will host on 21 November the launch event of the Cybersecurity Network for the Management of Urban and Industrial Water Systems, an initiative organized by the INCIBE Chair in Digitalization and Water Cybersecurity at the University of Girona (UdG).
The project aims to promote the development of quantum technologies and secure Europe’s leadership in quantum computing.
The visit integrates into the engagement tour that the Spanish Artificial Intelligence Supervisory Agency is conducting with leading technology-based organizations.
