This morning the Center for Research in Information and Communication Technologies (CITIC) of the University of A Coruña received the visit of representatives of Cruz Roja A Coruña to learn about the main lines of research in the field of disability and inclusion that are being carried out in the center and to study possible future ways of collaboration.

The students of the Espazo Compartido program of the University of A Coruña visited the CITIC on February 14.

The Minister for Digital Transformation and Public Administration, José Luis Escrivá Belmonte, paid a working visit this morning to the Center for Research in Information and Communication Technologies (CITIC) of the University of A Coruña.

Alejandro Pazos, researcher at CITIC, gave a scientific session in collaboration with DKV, entitled “Digital Health: Cyberpathologies”, at the headquarters of the Royal Academy of Medicine of Galicia (RAMG).

Amparo Alonso, researcher at CITIC of the University of A Coruña, was named “Cabaleiro de Honra” of the Real Orden de Caballeros de María Pita.

The 4th ESO students of the Colexio Jaime Balmes de Noia visited this morning the Center for Research in Information Technology and Communications (CITIC) of the UDC.

The CITIC received this morning the students of the Web Applications Development cycle of Afundación.

The Olimpiada Informática Gallega 2024 (OIG 2024) opens its registration period to participate until next Thursday, January 18. The competition will consist of solving six problems using C++, Python or Java.

The ranking World’s Top 2% Scientists List, carried out by the prestigious Stanford University, in California (USA), has included six CITIC researchers among the most influential scientists in the world.
